Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You will be informed in writing if there will be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International Shipping times will vary (estimated 7-21+ business days). Please check for a tracking number on your order confirmation emails and contact us if you have any concerns or queries.
If an incorrect address is supplied when ordering, the customer is responsible for payment of the re-shipping.
We The Imago Dei WILL NOT assume responsibility for:
- incorrect information supplied by the customer.
- lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- delays caused by our shipping partners.
- international duties or customs charges.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wetheimagodei.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wetheimagodei.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
